Recap of her keynote speech (at Zimbabwe Accountants Conference 2025) introducing automation in audit and finance. Highlights her insights on digital transformation in the profession .

I don’t live my life by a script determined by worldly norms or standards. I am not afraid of discomfort or difficult conversations. I am fearless and have evolved over the years. I value "clean energy" from the souls I interact with, whether they are friends, family or elders, and I strive to ensure that difficult matters are addressed candidly. I choose to laugh more often and enjoy my garden. I am going to enjoy special moments in real time and not through the lens of my smart phone. Savouring every moment for the true blessing that it will be.
I promised myself I would have a Blog years ago but I decided to do one better with this website. This also happens to be the first step toward my biography which I hope to release in 2031 (If you share it, then you will be forced to do it - Robin Sharma). I turn 50 this year, and with that milestone comes a yearning for depth and a lighter season for the rest of my life. I intend to enjoy the sun and fully embrace God’s purpose for me. I was born to make God famous, and I am anointed to do hard things.
This website is where I share my journey, lessons, and insights to inspire, connect, and empower others. The blog discusses it all: joy, sorrow, rising from the ashes, and challenging every stereotype.
Yours truly, with the Royal Blood of the Almighty.

Keeping it light, living it full
I’ve spent years taking life seriously, playing by all the rules, trying to do everything the “right” way. Now I’m owning the lighter side of life. Laughing loudly, embracing the messy bits, enjoying the little wins, and sharing it all with the world. This is me, unapologetically real, unapologetically joyful, unapologetically Jackie.

Hebrews 11:11
"And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered
him faithful who had made the promise."
She thought there was no way she could do it. Every step felt too big, every challenge too heavy. But she kept trusting, kept hoping, and quietly believed that God could do what she couldn’t. The impossible happened. She believed she couldn’t, and somehow, she did.

Drawing on her Medium essays (“Finding your calling… my journey”), share snippets of her storytelling journey, resilience, and self‑care philosophy.

Motherhood is the sacred art of nurturing tomorrow while staying rooted in today. It is a reminder that while we build businesses and systems, our most enduring legacy is often grown in the quiet, ordinary moments of laughter and guidance with our children. .

True fulfillment transcends traditional metrics like revenue and growth, shifting instead toward a state of alignment where one's work reflects their core faith and values. For me, the highest rewards are found in the "unseen moments" of impact, such as mentoring others and witnessing the growth of the next generation of leaders.

She reflects on her journey as Zimbabwe’s first female-led registered accounting firm owner, emphasizing that the profession’s future lies in women transitioning from traditional bookkeeping to becoming architects of digital finance. . She calls for women to embrace automation and AI as tools for leadership, urging a collective shift toward continuous learning and mentorship to "rebalance" the industry's future.

For a long time, I felt like a project that needed finishing. In the relationships that should have been my safe harbor, I often felt like an object that needed to be fixed or adjusted before I could be seen as enough. Because my heart didn't always beat to the same rhythm as the world around me, I was called rebellious. But I have come to see that being different isn't a mistake. Choosing not to follow every tradition or norm doesn't make you wrong, it just means you are listening to a deeper truth.
